To deliver services to the low- and middle-income Algiers residents of all ages that will enhance their self-sufficiency and empower them to become productive citizens. The current goal of CCFBA is to provide the path for homeless individuals to move to permanent housing and life as a productive citizen while experiencing positive health outcomes. To achieve this mission and goal, CCFBA strategies are to:

  • Provide immediate access to permanent housing for homeless persons with specials needs and their families
  • Provide supportive services needed to maximize client success in maintaining stable housing
  • Provide education and training needed to achieve economic and family stability
